# Find the searches rising around your keywords.

ASO Studio's Trending page reads Apple's own search suggestions for the keywords you already track and turns them into a ranked list of related searches. Each one gets a demand score, a relevance score for your niche, and a Live Signal that blends the two, so the searches worth your attention come first and one click adds any of them to your tracked keywords.

## When to use it

Useful once you track a handful of keywords for an app. The page grows from those terms, so the more precisely your tracked keywords describe the app, the more on-topic the searches it finds.

## How the workflow works

### 1. It starts from the words you already track

Up to ten of your tracked keywords become seeds. For each one, ASO Studio asks the App Store what people type after it, the same suggestions a shopper sees in the search field, in the storefront you are researching.

### 2. Only real neighbours of your niche are kept

A suggestion has to contain the seed as a whole word, so "watch" finds "watch faces" and never "watchdog". Searches you already track are left out. Relevance then scores how many of your seeds a search appears under and how high Apple lists it, and anything too loosely connected is dropped.

### 3. Every search is measured on demand

Each candidate gets the same demand score as the rest of the workspace: how much the whole App Store searches that exact phrase, 0 to 100. Rows appear as each measurement lands, strongest first.

### 4. The Live Signal ranks the list

Live Signal blends demand and relevance into one 0 to 100 score, weighted toward demand, and labels it Hot, Strong or Focused. The list is sorted by it, so a huge search that has little to do with your app never outranks a smaller one that is squarely about it.

## New keywords, already scored

Take a movie picker tracking "movie night" and "watch". Its list surfaces searches such as "movie night: film & tv picker" and "watch faces", each with its demand and how close it sits to the niche. Add the on-topic ones with the plus button and they join your keyword table with rank tracking from that moment on.

## What the evidence can tell you

Candidates come from Apple's App Store search suggestions for your tracked keywords. Demand is ASO Studio's App Store demand score. Relevance weighs how many of your seeds a search appears under against its position in Apple's suggestions. Live Signal is 65% demand and 35% relevance, and confidence shows how much live evidence stands behind each row.

Live Signal reads what the App Store suggests and searches today. It is a snapshot of right now rather than a chart of change over time; rank history for a search starts the moment you track it.

Relevance describes how a search sits among your own keywords. Read the phrase itself before adding it: a search can be closely related to your niche and still describe a different product.

## Common questions

### Where do the trending searches come from?
From Apple's own App Store search suggestions for the keywords you track, in the storefront you are researching. ASO Studio keeps the suggestions that are genuinely about your niche and measures each one's demand.

### What is the Live Signal?
One 0 to 100 score that blends a search's demand with its relevance to your app, weighted toward demand. It sorts the list and is labelled Hot, Strong or Focused, so the searches that are both popular and on-topic come first.

### Can I track a trending search?
Yes. The plus button on any row adds it to your keywords, where it gets live rank tracking, momentum, difficulty and the rest of the keyword table from then on.
