Acceptance of these terms

If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use ASO Studio. If you use ASO Studio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase a license. ASO Studio requires a Mac running macOS 15 or later and an Apple account for sign-in.

Your account

You sign in with Apple to create your account. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple account you use and for activity that occurs under your ASO Studio account. Associating a purchase with the same Apple account used by the Mac app is what lets your license resolve correctly across both.

License grant

An active annual plan grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use ASO Studio on Macs you own or control, for your own use. This is a license, not a sale of the software itself.

The plan includes access to every application feature and every eligible update while your subscription is active. A fully refunded or reversed payment may have its entitlement revoked.

Annual plan and renewal

The plan renews annually until canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal; access to the application, new features, compatibility updates, and eligible automatic releases continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments, billing, and taxes

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by our payment processor. You authorize us and the processor to charge the applicable price and any recurring renewal to your selected payment method. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases or renewals, with notice where required. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. Manage your payment method, invoices, and renewal through the billing portal available when you are signed in.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed under the policy presented at checkout and any rights you have under applicable law. Where a payment is fully refunded, its entitlement may be revoked. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us through the support page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the application or your license.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Circumvent or tamper with licensing, entitlement checks, or the update mechanism.
• Use ASO Studio to violate the terms of any third-party service or to break applicable law.

Data, estimates, and third-party sources

ASO Studio surfaces public App Store information and computes research signals from it. Metrics such as demand, difficulty, opportunity, downloads, and revenue are estimates and modeled indicators. They are research aids, not guarantees of rankings, downloads, revenue, or outcomes. Popularity and related figures are relative signals, not official search-volume counts. You are responsible for the metadata and business decisions you make using the app.

Intellectual property

ASO Studio, including the application, this website, and their design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you the license described above and no other rights. All trademarks and app names shown in the product belong to their respective owners, and ASO Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Availability and changes

Apple and other third parties may change, limit, or discontinue the services used to retrieve public store information, which can affect features. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service over time. We provide the software without any guarantee of uninterrupted third-party availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that estimates will be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of ASO Studio. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for ASO Studio in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using ASO Studio at any time and may delete your account, which cancels an active update subscription, revokes the stored Apple refresh token, and removes your entitlement record. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the principal place of business of ASO Studio's operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. You agree to first contact us to try to resolve any dispute informally before starting formal proceedings.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
