How long can the App Store keyword field be?

The keyword field in App Store Connect caps at 100 characters. Apple indexes single words from it and combines them with the words in your title and subtitle, in any order, so the highest-value form is single words separated by commas with no spaces.
Should I repeat words from my title in the keyword field?
No. Words in your title and subtitle are already indexed, and repeating one in the keyword field spends characters on a word Apple already has. That is the first thing this tool removes.
Do I need plurals in the keyword field?
Usually not. Apple matches close plural forms of a word, so "movie" and "movies" are one spend, not two. The tool treats plural pairs as duplicates for the same reason.
Is my keyword field uploaded anywhere?
No. The whole tool runs in your browser and nothing you type leaves the page.
